Hi again,
Just wanted to mention that I was able to cure my site-related javascript problems by doing a clean install (tried this before, but last time I forgot to delete the user/application data folder info).
...BUT... Â This "redirection memory" thing is still causing me grief and I suspect that no amount of poking at it is going to fix this problem as it appears to be a "feature".
To recap, once one follows a link that gets redirected, that association (link = redirected target) gets "remembered". Â Aside from disabling auto-redirection altogether (a pain), the only other way I've found to break this association is to flush the cache. Â I'm thinking that this behavior has something to do with Opera Turbo as this is a new "feature" and I've never experienced this redirection memory effect before (correlation, causation... Â whatever).
If anyone has any fixes for this, I'd greatly appreciate hearing... Â Thanks, Â -mark
