The black diamonds with a question mark makes it sound like an encoding
issue. Is Opera set to Western and is your bank displaying Chinese
characters of some sort? You can play around with it by doing View >
Encoding > (set to Automatic, Unicode,
or play around with some of the language-specific encodings).

I had Opera on Auto but the bank likes UTF 8....no prob :-)
Change the View setting and it all pops up...
