Not for the first time, I've had the following problem. Download
stops at around 98.5% but light stays on green.[KA-SNIP] but if you stop the download
and look in
the folder the file is actually complete and will happily run all the
way to the end.
Admittedly based upon a rumour, but: Once upon the time it was said that a certain
corporation decided to simplify for the users, and decided to cut out the end message
after a download, having the server and the browser cooperate in "cheating". The IIS
server didn't send out the end message, and the IE browser decided singlehandedly that
download was complete anyway. Other browsers of course could not take that for granted,
so there was a slight problem...

Theoretically, could something like this be what is happening?
