[OU] Filter editor

I think what I would like to see NEW, next would be a filter editor akin
to the way I can edit bookmarks now.


My Filtered panel is becomeing too large to fit into a single window(with
this monitor size).

Besides I don't get mail from 95% of my contacts, so they don't need to be
visible most of the time. Maybe have a toggle for the filters to have them
visible ONLY if they have new mail. Much like the _BOLD_ does now.

I can edit my contacts into groups. I can manage my bookmarks. I think
it's overdue for a way to manaage my filters. While your at it, make the
filters exportable and/or upgradeable. That is they get passed onto the
next generation Opera.

I would LOVE to move onto version 10, but I can't give up my filters for
the email. It's too much to ask.
