Aha! Do you mean you get the same as I do when you leave Javascript off?
With javascript off then it works,
now I tried with js on, and it works.

Could be some O10 problem, or some settings in your browser, or something temporary.

Rolf

Many thanks for your experimentation on my behalf
Rolf - it's fairly clear to me that this is a
problem with 10.10 and/or 10.10 in combination
with XP Home. I must see what happens when I try it on my laptop with Vista.

I have been accessing the New Scientist site on
and off for years with nary a problem that I can recall.

Nary? Hang on, where's my dictionary...? How odd,
it's 19th-century non-standard. And there was me
thinking it was Scottish, which would have been
just as odd, considering that I'm only 1/8 or
possibly even only 1/16 Scottish and have only
been in the country once, in 1969 for ten days...

Cheers,

Harry
